RESPUESTA A UN AMIGO...
Ricardo, estas y muchas otras preguntas, se las hemos estado haciendo a
cientos de "socialistas" o "izquierdistas"dentro del cuadro de los grupos de discusion en la Internet. Como un pionero dentro de este campo de la lucha cibernetica, puedo
decirles que nuestros esfuerzos en ese sentido , no dan el resultado
inmediato, contra gente que son mas bien rabiosos resentidos.
Gentes que se esconden tras el disfraz o careta de socialistas o
izquierdistas para solventar sus resntimietos, envidias o complejos de
inferioridad .
Por esto puedo con toda seguridad decirles que esas gentes no responderan a
estas preguntas tuyas . Nunca lo haran concreta y directamente y
trataran de irse por alguna tangente rocambolezca e ilogica , o cambiando
de tema ,y sacando a relucir alguna argumentacion que no responde
las preguntas .
El solo y unico resultado que se logra con algunos de esos hipocritas es
cuando se trata de verdaderos o sinceros idealistas y no de resentidos y
envidiosos . Y esto , casi siempre porque ellos mismos descubren la verdad,
que hemos estado repitiendoles desde hace decadas. Y de estos casos , que
son siempre los menos hemos visto ya a argentinos socialistas,espanioles,
canadienses y de otras nacionalidades , que han visto y comprobado por si
mismos la realidad cubana visitando al gulag de los Castros.
hay algunos que no solo se desenganiaron, sino que debido a la desilusion y
el enganio de que fueron victimas, se rebelaron y se indignaron hasta el
punto de combatir con igual energia y denuedo al regimen demagogo y traidor
de Cuba, como si fueran cubanos victimas del regimen.
Pero estos casos son los menos.
Y a pesar de las cantidades infinitas -- practicamente -- de pruebas, de
hechos y testimonios contra el regimen, hay aun por el mundo, especialmente
en Latino America, y el mundo Occidental que siguen creyendo en esa farsa o
comedia de los mafiosos en el Poder en Cuba..
Estas gentes en su visceral resentimiento, -- contra los que algun progreso
material lograron en sus sociedades,-- no quieren reconocer esas priebas o
testimonios, sus odios les ciegan y les enturbian la razon. Creen que
defendiendo a una pandilla de asesinos y mafiosos como los del regimen
anti-cubano, lograran salirse con las suyas y compensar en la balanza
contra los que ellos creen son culpables de sus condiciones y vidas de
miserables.
Creen que defendiendo a los rufianes de la Habana, le hacen mellas al
"imperialismo" yanqui, mientras tanto elde los ex-sovieticos y el delos
chinos no les preocuparon nunca.
Es mas a esos dos sistemas dictarroriales , los mas astutos siempre
trataron de encubirirles todos los males y crimenes que cometieron.
Por eso es que no responderan el PORQUE en Alemania Oriental levantaron un
muro y mataban sin misericoridia a cuantos trataban de escapar.
Tampoco diran porque los cubanos tienen que escaparse en balsas o tratan de
salir de su "paradiso" castrista.?
Este tipo de gente, no le interesa averiguar , porque los Hungaros se
rebelaron en 1956 y porque habian ninios de15 anios enfrentandose a los
tanques de los imperialista s sovieticos que colonizaban a Hungria , como
asi mismo al mas de 15 otros paises.
No saben o no querran nunca reconocer que en todos esos paises, ninguno de
sus pueblos estaba de acuerdo en ser colonizados, conquistados y explotados
por los sovieticos de Rusia.

President Obama's health-care bill is now moving toward final passage. The policy issues may be coming to an end, but the legal issues are certain to continue because key provisions of this dangerous legislation are unconstitutional. Legally speaking, this legislation creates a target-rich environment. We will focus on three of its more glaring constitutional defects.
First, the Constitution does not give Congress the power to require that Americans purchase health insurance. Congress must be able to point to at least one of its powers listed in the Constitution as the basis of any legislation it passes. None of those powers justifies the individual insurance mandate. Congress's powers to tax and spend do not apply because the mandate neither taxes nor spends. The only other option is Congress's power to regulate interstate commerce.
Congress has many times stretched this power to the breaking point, exceeding even the expanded version of the commerce power established by the Supreme Court since the Great Depression. It is one thing, however, for Congress to regulate economic activity in which individuals choose to engage; it is another to require that individuals engage in such activity. That is not a difference in degree, but instead a difference in kind. It is a line that Congress has never crossed and the courts have never sanctioned.
In fact, the Supreme Court in United States v. Lopez (1995) rejected a version of the commerce power so expansive that it would leave virtually no activities by individuals that Congress could not regulate. By requiring Americans to use their own money to purchase a particular good or service, Congress would be doing exactly what the court said it could not do.
Some have argued that Congress may pass any legislation that it believes will serve the "general welfare." Those words appear in Article I of the Constitution, but they do not create a free-floating power for Congress simply to go forth and legislate well. Rather, the general welfare clause identifies the purpose for which Congress may spend money. The individual mandate tells Americans how they must spend the money Congress has not taken from them and has nothing to do with congressional spending.

A second constitutional defect of the Reid bill passed in the Senate involves the deals he cut to secure the votes of individual senators. Some of those deals do involve spending programs because they waive certain states' obligation to contribute to the Medicaid program. This selective spending targeted at certain states runs afoul of the general welfare clause. The welfare it serves is instead very specific and has been dubbed "cash for cloture" because it secured the 60 votes the majority needed to end debate and pass this legislation.
A third constituional defect in this ObamaCare legislation is its command that states establish such things as benefit exchanges, which will require state legislation and regulations. This is not a condition for receiving federal funds, which would still leave some kind of choice to the states. No, this legislation requires states to establish these exchanges or says that the Secretary of Health and Human Services will step in and do it for them. It renders states little more than subdivisions of the federal government.
This violates the letter, the spirit, and the interpretation of our federal-state form of government. Some may have come to consider federalism an archaic annoyance, perhaps an amusing topic for law-school seminars but certainly not a substantive rule for structuring government. But in New York v. United States (1992) and Printz v. United States (1997), the Supreme Court struck down two laws on the grounds that the Constitution forbids the federal government from commandeering any branch of state government to administer a federal program. That is, by drafting and by deliberate design, exactly what this legislation would do.
The federal government may exercise only the powers granted to it or denied to the states. The states may do everything else. This is why, for example, states may have authority to require individuals to purchase health insurance but the federal government does not. It is also the reason states may require that individuals purchase car insurance before choosing to drive a car, but the federal government may not require all individuals to purchase health insurance.
This hardly exhausts the list of constitutional problems with this legislation, which would take the federal government into uncharted political and legal territory. Analysts, scholars and litigators are just beginning to examine the issues we have raised and other issues that may well lead to future litigation.
America's founders intended the federal government to have limited powers and that the states have an independent sovereign place in our system of government. The Obama/Reid/Pelosi legislation to take control of the American health-care system is the most sweeping and intrusive federal program ever devised. If the federal government can do this, then it can do anything, and the limits on government power that our liberty requires will be more myth than reality.
Mr. Hatch, a Republican senator from Utah, is a former chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Mr. Blackwell is a senior fellow with the Family Research Council and a professor at Liberty University School of Law. Mr. Klukowski is a fellow and senior legal analyst with the American Civil Rights Union.

El diario español El País reporta que Cuba vive otra revolución en Internet, lo que pone al régimen castrista a la defensiva.
La periodista Maite Rico señala en su artículo publicado el domingo que la nueva revolución se abre camino en la isla, de manera discreta pero imparable, escurridiza e irreverente.
Describe al fenómeno como una blogósfera alternativa que pone nerviosos a los hermanos Castro, que el pasado viernes cumplieron 51 años en el poder.
Los protagonistas de la nueva revolución son generalmente jóvenes que desean romper la censura y ventilar una isla que lleva cerrada medio siglo. Sus armas son el ordenador y las memorias portátiles.
Añade la nota del periódico El País que a pesar de las trabas que hay en Cuba, los blogueros logran tejer una red de rebeldía que empieza a trasladarse del ciberespacio a las calles.
"Somos el estornudo de una gripe que no deja de propagarse", declaró al diario madrileño Yoani Sánchez, autora del blog Generación Y.

Sabemos sobradamente que los políticos, los medios masivos de comunicación,
las autodenominadas organizaciones de defensa de DDHH, son insensibles ante
las víctimas del marxismo en Cuba, en Venezuela, en Colombia, en Honduras,
etc. Recordemos nosotros a nuestros compatriotas asesinados por la saña criminal
de la guerrilla tupamara, que operó con el apoyo de la dictadura cubana, y
manifestemos:
Por los cubanos y venezolanos que murieron, víctimas de los aparatos
represivos estatales,
Por los civiles y militares que sufren privación de libertad en las cárceles
de Chávez y Castro,
Por los millones de venezolanos y cubanos que heroicamente arriesgan sus

By then, the Taliban commander had moved on, to the consternation of the villagers who had provided the tip. Observers have claimed that it can take some 96 hours to acquire all the permissions to act. I have found it indignant and appalling that the majority of the people in this world turn their backs on the Dalai Lama and the plight of the Tibetan people.
The same as it is happening to the Christians in the Sudan region of Dar fur.
Genocides are happening in the eyes of the world nations, yet little or nothing is done , neither the voices are raising their disapproval of the bloody ones that are the first responsible for all these tragedies and ethnically or religious genocides.
Right now another crime is being perpetrated against the women of Afghanistan , where a new "law" is being adopted to discriminate against the women.the said "Law" is a reminiscence of the mentality prevailing there, where a woman worth LESS than horse or a dog.The said "law" would give the right to the "husbands" to RAPE THEIR " WIVES"
It is more than outraging,,degrading to all humans in the world to not condemn , disapprove and denounce that discriminatory "law" against the women of Afghanistan.
This is the same pattern observed in the cases of the dictatorial regimes such as those in Cuba, Zimbabwe, Sudan etc. and the collusion among dozens of other nations in the United Nations and orgs. such as the NOBEL PRIZE org. TO COVER UP, and close their eyes or worse, support regimes such as the ones above mentioned.

Carta del Dr. Biscet a su esposa Elsa Morejón y al Mundo
CARTA DE CUBANO DISIDENTE DESDE LA CARCEL.
Hoy en víspera de mi cumpleaños cuarenta y ocho desde la celda 1232 te escribo estas esquelas; si en mis testimonios desde esta caja donde me han obligado a vivir injustamente por casi diez años encuentras en ellos algún beneficio para la humanidad, publícalos.
Recuerdo cuando comencé la prédica de Gandhi y Thoreau algunos dijeron que andaría por las calles de La Habana con un taparrabos como Gandhi. Cuando conocí estas palabras dichas en forma despectiva sobre mí solo sonreí, porque sabía que estaría en esas condiciones, pero no por las calles de la Habana, sino en cautiverio infinito que tendría por sufrimiento. No se equivocaron aquellos que utilizaron la burla para humillarme, porque desde la humillación de un hombre en taparrabos resalta el reflejo de la dignidad humana sobre la barbarie.
Cuando me preguntas cómo estoy, y te digo que resistiendo, es porque el medio donde me encuentro es demasiado agresivo para un hombre civilizado que está en la cárcel por defender magnificas ideas de amor: La Promoción de Los Derechos Humanos y la defensa de la vida.
Por eso doy gracias a Dios todos los días al levantarme, porque en esta oscura soledad sé que Él está conmigo. Continúo la lectura de los salmos, las oraciones y ayuno todas las semanas, veinte cuatro horas todos los viernes, desde que estoy en prisión, más se hace necesario que los cubanos dentro y fuera de Cuba se unan en comunión con el Dios Bíblico en sus atributos divinos, el principal atributo otorgado por Él a los humanos es la Libertad, porque estamos hechos a su imagen y semejanza, Él rechaza las ideas injustas.
Te exhorto a que ese día 20 de Julio, día de mi cumpleaños, comiences la recogida de firmas en Cuba y en La Comunidad Internacional para lograr que el Gobierno de Cuba ratifique y ponga en práctica los Pactos Internacionales de Derechos Humanos en nuestro país, sin Derechos Humanos no alcanzaremos la dignidad y la libertad de los cubanos, la vida se vive con dignidad y cuando falta esta cualidad debemos buscarla.
Recuerdo cuando un tiempo atrás en la cárcel castrista de Pinar del Rió (kilo 8) estuve al borde del enloquecimiento por el aislamiento torturador en un medio agresivo de reos enfermos mentales, sin visitas familiares, sin alimentos, sin ropas, durmiendo y escribiendo en el piso con un mochito de lápiz, sin luz , todo lo hacía en el piso. También usaron la burla de que me convertiría en un japonés, gracias a Dios mi fe aumentó aún más para continuar la obra humanitaria que realizo desde la cárcel.
A pesar de que fui criado ateo, con una fuerte influencia de la escuela pública, todas son así en Cuba, cuando comencé en la escuela de medicina pude ver y estudiar las células y sus estructuras. Al principio del estudio de sus membranas, quedé maravillado y empecé a comprender la vida; ante la plenitud de esta magnífica obra microscópica solo pensé: ¡hay un Dios! Dos años más tarde tuve por primera vez una Biblia en mis manos. No la entendía, más me gustaba leerla, yo no sabía si visitaba a la persona poseedora de la Biblia por ella o por el sapiente libro o por las dos cosas, con éstas conocí la felicidad. Aunque el camino al Señor fue un tránsito más prolongado que el de la disidencia, no obstante hoy puedo decir con seguridad que soy feliz con Dios y también en la disidencia, les envío un fuerte abrazo a todos los que siguen iluminados en busca de la verdad.
Aunque
nunca celebre el día de mi cumpleaños, por no ser cómodo, recuerdo con nostalgia como tu y mi madre se preocupaban por cantarme un Happy Birthday más.
Hoy siento que el mejor regalo de cumpleaños en el lugar que me encuentro son las bendiciones de Dios al traer solidaridad a los oprimidos. Fiax la Luz Deo.
