Lo que no quiere escribir Fidel Castro

Siempre hemos afirmado que la historia dicha o escrita por Fidel Castro será una historia parcializada.
En su libro La victoria estratégica Castro omite varios acontecimientos necesarios para comprender la marcha y desarrollo de su robolución. Por ejemplo, el tirano cubano no quiere comentar nada sobre los fracasos de la huelga del 9 de abril de 1958 y es, hasta cierto punto, lógico que no lo haga. Esa huelga fue orientada y dirigida por la máxima dirección del Movimiento 26 de Julio, o sea por él, y a Castro no le conviene expresar que fue por medio del fracaso de esta huelga y en la reunión posterior el 3 de mayo en Altos de Monpié en La Sierra Maestra, donde responsabilizó a otros compañeros, lo que le permitió erigirse como máximo dirigente de todo el movimiento revolucionario del país, tanto en las montañas como en los pueblos y ciudades del llano.

Castro sabía que la huelga no tenía ni la más remota posibilidad de triunfo porque las fuerzas gubernamentales, muy fuertes en aquellos momentos, arremeterían con todo para impedir la victoria, pero Castro utilizó a sus hombres, utilizó al pueblo, no le importó los que cayeran en el camino, él logró su objetivo, ser reconocido como el jefe de los jefes, el máximo líder dentro del movimiento revolucionario.

Tampoco puede comentar que desde los primeros tiempos de la lucha guerrillera en las montañas de Oriente contaba con un grupo de combatientes rebeldes encargados de su seguridad y protección y donde siempre se mantuvo a buena distancia del frente enemigo bien protegido por estas personas encargadas de cuidarlo.


Esta primera escolta de Castro fue sustituida por otro grupo de combatientes en el mismo año 1959. Fidel Castro relevó a su vieja escolta de la Sierra Maestra por otra nueva compuesta en su inmensa mayoría por miembros del Partido Socialista Popular (Comunista) y de esta forma garantizó su seguridad en los futuros pasos que daría hacia la implantación del comunismo en Cuba.

Fidel Castro tampoco puede escribir de cómo traicionó a sus compañeros de lucha que eran anticomunistas y que perdieron sus vidas o fueron heridos por tratar de instalar en Cuba un gobierno democrático, no un gobierno comunista. De esta manera traicionó a Frank País, jefe de acción del Movimiento 26 de Julio y a José Antonio Echeverría, jefe del Directorio 13 de Marzo, ambos católicos practicantes y anticomunistas, entre muchos otros.
Depués de enero de 1959, Castro, quien había reiterado muchas veces que su robolución no era comunista, que era una revolución “tan verde como las palmas”, traiciona a sus compañeros de lucha una vez más al designar a las altas esferas de su gobierno a viejos comunistas como Carlos Rafael Rodríguez, Blas Roca Calderío y Lázaro Peña, entre otros. Sin embargo, sabemos que estos personajes en estuvieron a favor de gobiernos anteriores, lo que muestra un oportunismo desmedido por quienes poco o nada habían arriesgado y aportado a la causa revolucionaria.
Los miembros del Ejército Rebelde, del Movimiento 26 de Julio y del 13 de Marzo que se opusieron a esta estrategia de Castro y lo alertaron de que el comunismo se estaba apoderando de la Revolución apoyados por el Che Guevara, fueron separados, encarcelados, fusilados o simplemente desaparecidos.
De estas cosas no habla ni puede hablar Fidel Castro, esa parte de la historia no cuenta para él. Tampoco se refiere a las carencias que tenían los rebeldes en La Sierra mientras a él Celia Sánchez le proveía de todo lo necesario: uniforme, zapatos, alimentos y tabacos mientras se le celebraban juicios sumarísimos a otros rebeldes por no querer compartir una lata de leche condensada.

De esto no habla ni puede hablar Fidel Castro, esto no es historia para él, sería, en el caso de que lo hiciera, como reconocer su fracaso y oportunismo en la huelga del 9 de abril, la traición a sus compañeros de lucha y al pueblo de Cuba y su posición de bienestar y comodidades muy por encima de los demás, algo que mantiene aún hoy cuando la población cubana experimenta todo tipo de limitaciones mientras que él y su hermano Raúl Castro tienen fuera en bancos extranjeros millones de dólares sustraídos del erario nacional.

Esta es la historia que no quiere escribir Fidel Castro.

Ver a mi Presidente, sosteniendo en sus manos el mensaje con la buena buena que los mineros estaban vivos, es más de lo que podía pedir en mucho tiempo.




Se borró por encanto la frustración que arrastraba estos días y que compartí con ustedes agregando una nota de esperanza en un mejor mañana.



Ahora espero otro milagro, el de ustedes. El de Cuba y el Venezuela en la liberación que por tanto tiempo han esperado.

Si hay milagros como el de Chile, es cosa de pedir todavía mas duro, con más insistencia a ese Dios tantas veces negado, pero que demuestra que está ahí, por encima de los ataques de gobiernos que tratan de borrar su existencia.



Que está por arriba de regímenes que lo usan para sus maquinaciones. Por poderosos estados que borran la frase "en Dios yo creo" de las monedas.



Por dictadores de lenguas extrañas, que montan bombas a nombre de dioses que dicen que son los verdaderos y sólo lo interpretan y usan para matar.


Se ha comprobado que el Dios verdadero está por encima de todo eso y ahora, tiene que seguir demostrándolo, con los milagros que necesitamos en Cuba y Venezuela.

By dire lack of understanding a majority , lead by a small percentage, voted in 2009 Mr. Hussein Obama into the White House. The American were mislead by a barrage of adverse propaganda or bad image publicity against the President George W. Bush, and thus the war in Iraq was used as another subterfuge to demonize Mr. Bush. Most Americans seemed to have forgotten that some time before the war has hit right in their own soil: the Twin Towers in Manhattan, New York. It was September 11th, 2001 .


After the coward aggression, most of America, including the always anti-American liberal Mass Medias journalists were ready to accept and indeed supported the retaliation against all of America’s foes and those responsible for that attack on American soil.


But the mass medias which were responsible for the bad or adverse image that Mr. Bush has gained thru his last two years at the helm of the nation did not stop at demonizing Mr. Bush

They kept the beat , right into the presidential campaign of 2009, capitalizing on the already demolished image that they themselves have constructed around and on Mr. Bush. Now, the new presidential elections were on the scope and the new victims were the rival or opponents candidates to Hussein Barack Obama ,it was the time to demolish the images of Ex-Governor Sarah Palin and John McCain.

Nothing stop them to lie, twist facts or invent stories, attacking on , even on subjects such as Sarah Palin’s intimate family affairs. They had forgotten that for Hussein Obama and his family they were told and advised that : “family was off limits” !


However like a pack of hungry hyenas they fell upon Mrs. Palin family. Yes ! America needed a change, but not the one these liberaloides wanted to impose upon most Americans. But that small percentage of America was wrong to vote Mr. Obama into the presidential seat. Today that same America is reckoning its mistake. The backlash didn’t wait too long to be and grow into a new America that the partisans of Mr. Obama did not suspect they will have to contend with.

Simply , America want to go back to its true and successful times and not to the “changes” that Mr. Obama has in mind and never has transparently told to the Americans, including his own supporters. If he would do that, even many of his supporters, a very substantial part of those who came out to vote for him would go back this time to vote him out of there.!
. Obama’s agenda is one that -- we know -- is characterized by the dogmas and the false principles of the communist or Marxists ideologues.


He wishes the socialization of America but that can’t lead to any good or any beneficial results , because it has been a failure in most of those nations that fell under the rule of a single political party and a one man dictatorship. And it is so ,that the rule by any tyranny , instead of for the well being of the people, have brought misery, slavery, desperation, repression and finally the destruction of the nations in more than one way. Thus if his agenda triumph, America would be under the controls of a gang that only cares for power and the destruction of the America we all have known. A new Cuba, or North Korea instead of that America that has been the refuge for millions fleeing oppression and misery.


America, therefore, can’t defend Freedom abroad while it neglects its own Freedom at home ! This means that American people must by all means defend themselves from any one, included the traitors in the government and pro-socialists, the Medias liberaloides in the Democratic party.

The suppression or censorship of the entrenched right -- entrenched in the Constitution’s First Amendment – can be done in many ways, without a law or a dictak from a tyranny. It can be suppressed by the barrage of misleading lies or false facts and other subterfuge that might keep the truth buried under the powerful media machine. We saw that in the Watergate case.
However , we almost saw nothing like it during the Monicagate… and this should give anyone in America the measure of what the powerful Mass media machine can do to influence, distract or divert the public opinion in the direction they want. During those days of the Monica Lewinsky affair, most of americans thought that Bill Clinton would be impeached, but it didn’t happen. These are examples of the biases and partisanship of most medias and its people.


These are the very same people who would help anyone like Obama to establish the rule of one single party, or the disguised dictatorship using the mask of a traditional party, the Democratic party. Americans can’t allow that this happen to them. That’s why they need re-elections after re-elections.the same gang , the same traitors to America’s Democratic Traditions.

 Because communist or socialism ,such as seen in the perspectives of these people, either pro-Marxists or pro Maoists or worse as admirers of Castro’s gulag type of regime, and which means slavery, repression, of any political dissent or the agreement that competition of ideas ,not censorship must prevail, or that the internet is not a threat to democracy but much the contrary. And whoever is afraid of the free, public discussions of ideas is because is afraid of the confrontation of opposed ideas and thus of the freedom of expression.


These latest days we read that the new administration wishes to exert some controls of the Internet, but nothing can be so detrimental , destructive and obstruct the diversity and the freedom of expression in the world of today than a controlled Internet.


It is simple to discern that the new technology has become the PEOPLE’S means to communicate and to get informed or disseminate information in a very spontaneous and free way. And that nobody can’t or should censor ,control this freedom and flow of world wide exchange of ideas, information and data. Only the ones who are afraid of the freedom of expression have that vested interests in depriving the people of their freedom of information, expression and speech.


Therefore, America is awakening and reckoning the dangers it has brought upon itself by electing people whose interests are none of theirs. None of AMERICA’S INTERESTS.

And Americans, true Americans want that America back ! 

America that most people in this planet envy and jealously attack. The one America that has been the haven for millions of people from every corner of the world. America of Freedom ! America of Opportunities, America for those cherished dreams of anyone who come to it , not just to grab and take, but also to give and sacrifice for her.


So America, wakes and tell those guys :
You wished “change” and yelled : yes ! we can …
ut forgot to finish the sentence with : We can lie !
And now let’s get our America back !

First Hand Account of Israeli Naval Operation-TIP Latest‏

Ron Ben Yishai recounts bloody clash aboard Gaza-bound vessel: The lacking crowd-dispersal means, the brutal violence of 
 "peace activists," and the attempt to bring down an IDF helicopter.


Our Navy commandoes fell right into the hands of the Gaza mission members. A few minutes before the takeover attempt aboard the Marmara got underway, the operation commander was told that 20 people were waiting on the deck where a helicopter was to deploy the first team of the elite Flotilla 13 unit. The original plan was to disembark on the top deck, and from there rush to the vessel’s bridge and order the Marmara’s captain to stop. Officials estimated that passengers will show slight resistance, and possibly minor violence; for that reason, the operation’s commander decided to bring the helicopter directly above the top deck. The first rope that soldiers used in order to descend down to the ship was wrested away by activists, most of them Turks, and tied to an antenna with the hopes of bringing the chopper down. However, Flotilla 13 fighters decided to carry on.

Navy commandoes slid down to the vessel one by one, yet then the unexpected occurred: The passengers that awaited them on the deck pulled out bats, clubs, and slingshots with glass marbles, assaulting each soldier as he disembarked. The fighters were nabbed one by one and were beaten up badly, yet they attempted to fight back.



However, to their misfortune, they were only equipped with paintball rifles used to disperse minor protests, such as the ones held in Bilin. The paintballs obviously made no impression on the activists, who kept on beating the troops up and even attempted to wrest away their weapons.


One soldier who came to the aid of a comrade was captured by the rioters and sustained severe blows. The commandoes were equipped with handguns but were told they should only use them in the face of life-threatening situations. When they came down from the chopper, they kept on shouting to each other “don’t shoot, don’t shoot,” even though they sustained numerous blows.


‘I saw the tip of a rifle’

The Navy commandoes were prepared to mostly encounter political activists seeking to hold a protest, rather than trained street fighters. The soldiers were told they were to verbally convince activists who offer resistance to give up, and only then use paintballs. They were permitted to use their handguns only under extreme circumstances.

The planned rush towards the vessel’s bridge became impossible, even when a second chopper was brought in with another crew of soldiers. “Throw stun grenades,” shouted Flotilla 13’s commander who monitored the operation. The Navy chief was not too far, on board a speedboat belonging to Flotilla 13, along with forces who attempted to climb into the back of the ship.

The forces hurled stun grenades, yet the rioters on the top deck, whose number swelled up to 30 by that time, kept on beating up about 30 commandoes who kept gliding their way one by one from the helicopter. At one point, the attackers nabbed one commando, wrested away his handgun, and threw him down from the top deck to the lower deck, 30 feet below. The soldier sustained a serious head wound and lost his consciousness.

Only after this injury did Flotilla 13 troops ask for permission to use live fire. The commander approved it: You can go ahead and fire. The soldiers pulled out their handguns and started shooting at the rioters’ legs, a move that ultimately neutralized them. Meanwhile, the rioters started to fire back at the commandoes.

“I saw the tip of a rifle sticking out of the stairwell,” one commando said. “He fired at us and we fired back. We didn’t see if we hit him. We looked for him later but couldn’t find him.” Two soldiers sustained gunshot wounds to their knee and stomach after rioters apparently fired at them using guns wrested away from troops.
 During the commotion, another commando was stabbed with a knife. In a later search aboard the Marmara, soldiers found caches of bats, clubs, knives, and slingshots used by the rioters ahead of the IDF takeover. It appeared the activists were well prepared for a fight.

Some passengers on the ship stood at the back and pounded the soldiers’ hands as they attempted to climb on board. Only after a 30-minute shootout and brutal assaults using clubs and knifes did commandoes manage to reach the bridge and take over the Marmara.
It appears that the error in planning the operation was the estimate that passengers were indeed political activists and members of humanitarian groups who seek a political provocation, but would not resort to brutal violence. The soldiers thought they will encounter Bilin-style violence; instead, they got Bangkok. The forces that disembarked from the helicopters were few; just dozens of troops – not enough to contend with the large group awaiting them.

The second error was that commanders did not address seriously enough the fact that a group of men were expecting the soldiers on the top deck. Had they addressed this more seriously, they may have hurled tear-gas grenades and smoke grenades from the helicopter to create a screen that would have enabled them to carry out their mission, without the fighters falling right into the hands of the rioters, who severely assaulted them.

La Declaración de Praga condena al comunismo por crímenes contra la humanidad


26 de octubre de 2009 -El nacionalsocialismo alemán se ha convertido en la exclusiva cara del Mal en el mundo. Las embajadas de Alemania y de Israel , así como la prensa, protestan porque un museo de cera en Tailandia use como anuncio su reproducción de Adolf Hitler. Nadie, sin embargo, hubiera protestado si la imagen en cuestión hubiese sido la de Jozef Stalin. Incluso es habitual cruzarse con gente que lleva orgullosa en su camiseta la cara de un cierto terrorista denominado Che Guevara. La Declaración de Praga quiere acabar con esa impunidad del comunismo.

Donde ha gobernado o donde ha tratado de hacerlo, el comunismo ha cometido genocidios y matanzas sin cuento, como la muerte por hambre de al menos siete millones de ucranianos o la matanza de Paracuellos del Jarama. La suma de muertos por los creadores del Hombre Nuevo supera los cien millones de seres humanos. Todos conocemos los campos de concentración del III Reich alemán. En cambio, los lugares del horror comunista en la URSS o China son casi desconocidos.

Poco a poco, se va resquebrajando esa impunidad intelectual. En abril pasado, el Parlamento Europeo aprobó una resolución en la que se proponía la adopción del 23 de agosto, día del pacto entre Hilter y Stalin por el que ambos dictadores se repartían la Europa del Este, como Día de Recuerdo de las Víctimas de los Totalitarismos.

En Praga, ciudad que ha sufrido los totalitarismos nazi y comunista, ha surgido el proyecto de la Declaración de Praga.
En ella se exhorta a autoridades y ciudadanos europeos a crear un Instituto de la Memoria y Conciencia de Europa que informe e investigue el comunismo y el nazismo, y un museo paneuropeo de las víctimas de todos los regímenes totalitarios. Como sostienen sus impulsores, no habrá una Europa unida antes de que no sea capaz de unificar su historia y reconocer el comunismo y el nazismo como movimientos responsables de genocidios.


Incitamos a nuestros lectores a leer la Declaración de Praga y a firmarla. Aquí hay la parte esencial de su contenido:
DECLARACIÓN DE PRAGA
Teniendo en cuenta el futuro digno y democrático de nuestra común patria europea,

 Considerando que las sociedades que olvidan su pasado carecen de futuro,

 Considerando que Europa no se unirá a menos que sea capaz de unificar su historia, de reconocer el comunismo y el nacionalsocialismo como un legado común y de lograr un debate sincero y profundo sobre todos los crímenes totalitarios del siglo pasado .

 Considerando que la ideología comunista es directamente responsable de crímenes contra la humanidad,
 Considerando que la mala conciencia que se deriva del pasado comunista es una pesada carga para el futuro de Europa y para nuestros hijos,


 Considerando que diferentes valoraciones del pasado comunista todavía puede dividir a Europa en Occidente y Oriente,


 Considerando que la unidad europea fue una respuesta directa a las guerras y a la violencia causada por los sistemas totalitarios en el continente,


 Considerando que la conciencia de los crímenes de lesa humanidad cometidos por los regímenes comunistas en todo el continente debe informar a todas las mentes europeas en la misma medida que los crímenes del régimen nacionalsocialista,


 Considerando que existen similitudes entre el nacionalsocialismo y el comunismo en lo que se refiere a su carácter horrible y espantoso y a sus crímenes contra la humanidad,


 Considerando que los crímenes del comunismo todavía necesitan ser evaluados y juzgados desde los puntos de vista jurídico, moral y político, así como el punto de vista histórico,


 Considerando que tales crímenes fueron justificados en el nombre de la teoría de la lucha de clases y el principio de la dictadura del proletariado que utilizan el terror como método para preservar el poder de los Gobiernos que lo aplicaron,


 Considerando que la ideología comunista ha sido utilizado como una herramienta en manos de imperialistas en Europa y en Asia para alcanzar sus planes expansionistas,

 Considerando que muchos de los autores que cometen y han cometido crímenes en nombre del comunismo aún no han sido llevados ante la justicia y sus víctimas aún no han sido indemnizadas ni satisfechas,


 Considerando que el objetivo de proporcionar información completa sobre el pasado totalitario comunista que conduzca a una comprensión más profunda y al debate es una condición necesaria para la futura integración de todas las naciones europeas,


 Considerando que la reconciliación definitiva de todos los pueblos europeos no es posible sin un esfuerzo potente para establecer la verdad y para restaurar la memoria,


 Considerando que el pasado comunista de Europa debe ser tratado a fondo, tanto en la academia y el público en general, y las generaciones futuras deben tener fácil acceso a la información sobre el comunismo,


 Considerando que en diferentes partes del mundo, sólo unos pocos regímenes totalitarios comunistas sobreviven, pero que, sin embargo, oprimen aproximadamente a un quinto de la población mundial, y aún se aferran al poder, cometiendo delitos e imponiendo un alto coste para el bienestar de sus pueblos, 

Considerando que en muchos países, a pesar de que los partidos comunistas ya no están en el poder, no se han distanciado públicamente de los crímenes de los regímenes comunistas, ni los han condenado,


 Considerando que Praga es uno de los lugares que sufrió tanto el nazismo como el comunismo, estando convencidos de que los millones de víctimas del comunismo y sus familias tienen derecho a disfrutar de la justicia, la solidaridad, la comprensión y el reconocimiento de sus sufrimientos en la misma forma que las víctimas del nazismo han sido moral y políticamente reconocidos,


Nosotros, los participantes de la Conferencia de Praga Conciencia europea y el comunismo,


. Ante la Resolución del Parlamento Europeo sobre el sexagésimo aniversario del fin de la Segunda Guerra Mundial en Europa el 8 de mayo de 1945, de 12 de mayo 2005,


 Ante la Resolución 1481 de la Asamblea Parlamentaria del Consejo de Europa, de 26 de enero 2006,
. Ante las resoluciones sobre los crímenes comunistas adoptadas por varios Parlamentos nacionales,
. Ante la experiencia de la Comisión por la Verdad y la Reconciliación en Sudáfrica,


. Ante la experiencia de los Institutos de la Memoria y los memoriales en Polonia, Alemania, Eslovaquia, la República Checa, Estados Unidos, el Instituto para la Investigación de Crímenes Comunistas en Rumania, los museos de la ocupación de Lituania, Letonia y Estonia, así como la Casa del Terror, en Hungría,
. Ante las presidencias actuales y futuras en la UE y el Consejo de Europa


. Ante el hecho de que 2009 es el vigésimo aniversario de la caída del comunismo en Europa Central y Oriental, así como de los asesinatos en masa en Rumanía y en la masacre de la Plaza de Tiananmen en Pekín,

Pedimos:

1. Llegar a un entendimiento entre todos los europeos de que los regímenes totalitarios nazi y comunista deben ser juzgados por sus propios méritos terribles para ser destructivo en sus políticas de manera sistemática la aplicación de las formas extremas de terror, la supresión de todos los civiles y las libertades humanas, empezando por las guerras de agresión y, como una parte inseparable de sus ideologías, exterminio y la deportación de naciones enteras y grupos de población, y que como tales deben ser considerados los principales desastres, que frustró el siglo 20,
2. El reconocimiento de que muchos crímenes cometidos en nombre del comunismo deben ser calificados como crímenes de lesa humanidad, de modo que constituyan una advertencia para las generaciones futuras, de la misma manera los crímenes nazis fueron juzgados por el Tribunal de Nuremberg,

3. La formulación de un enfoque común respecto de los crímenes de los regímenes totalitarios, incluidos los regímenes comunistas, y una versión europea de los crímenes comunistas, a fin de definir claramente una actitud común frente a los crímenes de los regímenes comunistas,
4. La introducción de una legislación que permita a los tribunales de justicia juzgar y condene a los culpables de los crímenes comunistas y compensar a las víctimas del comunismo,


5. La garantía del principio de igualdad de trato y no discriminación entre las víctimas de todos los regímenes totalitarios,


6. La presión europea e internacional para la condena efectiva de los crímenes del pasado comunista y la lucha eficaz contra los crímenes comunistas en curso,

7. El reconocimiento del comunismo como parte integrante y horrible de la historia común de Europa
8. La aceptación por toda Europea de la responsabilidad por los crímenes cometidos por el comunismo,
9. El establecimiento de 23 de agosto, día de la firma del pacto Hitler-Stalin, conocido como el Pacto Molotov-Ribbentrop, como un día de recuerdo de las víctimas de los regímenes totalitarios nazi y comunista, del mismo modo que Europa recuerda a las víctimas de la Holocausto el 27 de enero,
10. La reclamación a los Parlamentos nacionales para que reconozcan los crímenes comunistas como crímenes contra la humanidad, y modifiquen la legislación pertinente,


11. El debate público sobre el mal uso comercial y político de los símbolos comunistas,
12. La continuación de las audiencias de la Comisión Europea respecto a las víctimas de los regímenes totalitarios, con miras a la elaboración de una comunicación de la Comisión,
13. El establecimiento en los Estados europeos que han sido gobernados por regímenes comunistas totalitarios de comités compuestos de expertos independientes con la tarea de recoger información sobre violaciones de los derechos humanos bajo cada régimen comunista totalitario a nivel nacional con el fin de colaborar estrechamente con el Consejo de Comité de expertos de Europa;
14. La elaboración de un claro marco jurídico internacional con respecto a un acceso libre e irrestricto a los archivos que contienen la información sobre los crímenes del comunismo,


15. La fundación de un Instituto Europeo de la Memoria y la Conciencia, que tendría dos funciones:
 A) la de un instituto europeo dedicado a la investigación de los estudios
de totalitarismo, el desarrollo de proyectos científicos y educativos y
EL apoyo a la creación de redes de institutos de investigación nacionales especializados en el tema de la experiencia totalitaria,


-B) y la de un museo memorial de ámbito europeos de las víctimas de todos los
regímenes totalitarios, con el objetivo de recordar a las víctimas
de estos regímenes y de dar a conocer los crímenes cometidos por éstos,


16. La organización de una conferencia internacional sobre los crímenes cometidos por los regímenes comunistas totalitarios con la participación de representantes de gobiernos, parlamentarios, académicos, expertos y asociaciones, cuyos resultados deben de difundirse en el mundo entero,


17. El ajuste y la revisión de libros de texto de historia europea para que los niños puedan aprender y ser advertidos sobre el comunismo y sus crímenes en la misma forma que se les ha enseñado a comprender los crímenes nazis
18. La apertura de un debate amplio y profundo en toda Europa sobre la historia europea y la herencia comunista,

19. La conmemoración conjunta del 20 º aniversario el próximo año de la caída del Muro de Berlín, la masacre de la Plaza de Tiananmen y la matanza en Rumania .


Nosotros, los participantes de la Conferencia de Praga Conciencia Europea y el Comunismo, nos dirigimos a todos los pueblos de Europa, a todas las instituciones políticas europeas, incluidos los Gobiernos y los Parlamentos nacionales, el Parlamento Europeo, la Comisión Europea, el Consejo de Europa y otros órganos internacionales pertinentes, y los exhortamos a abrazar las ideas y las propuestas enunciadas en esta Declaración de Praga, y a convertirlas en medidas prácticas y políticas.

Republicans, ADE Criticize ‘Third Way’ Approach To Internet Regulations

The controversy surrounding the government’s attempts to impose internet regulations continues, with the Alliance for Digital Equality (ADE) announcing it will oppose the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) "third way" approach to network neutrality.
Earlier this year the United States District Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled that the FCC had overstepped its jurisdiction when it tried to impose net neutrality rules on Comcast, which had blocked its subscribers from using the file-sharing website BitTorrent. This effectively closed a similar avenue for regulations, prompting FCC chairman Julius Genacowski to propose a "third way," which would reclassify broadband services under New Deal-era "common carrier" laws created for early landline telephone technology.

This has met with sharp criticism from the two Republican commissioners on the agency’s board, Robert McDowell and Meredith Baker, who said it would lead to regulatory chaos and stifle investment that is necessary to expanding broadband infrastructure and creating jobs.

The ADE has also expressed opposition and urged Congress to play a larger role in the network neutrality debate.

"This policy shift appears to be a risky experiment and will likely lead to higher broadband prices," said ADE chairman Julius H. Hollis.


"As the world of business, medicine and education shift towards a more digital-based economy, the proposal could worsen the problems of [ordinary] Americans, who are already stretched financially and have disproportionately borne the brunt of this recession," added Manuel A. Diaz, vice chairman of the ADE board of directors.
