Estimados amigos de la Democracia:
Con motivo de una celebración más del
Día de los Derechos Humanos
el pasado sábado
10 de diciembre, el Equipo Gestor de
DemocraciaParticipativa.net ha redactado una
proclama sobre los fundamentos del Estado de Derecho, que es
donde rige el imperio de la ley sobre la base del respeto
incondicional a los derechos humanos y la aplicación
de medidas para defenderlos. El texto que ahora divulgamos
ha merecido, después de un amplio debate, la
aprobación posterior por consenso de todos los
Miembros de nuestra Iniciativa Cultural para una
Democracia Participativa. Este texto viene a
sumarse a los Documentos
Básicos de nuestra institución.

Dear friends of
Democracy:
On the occasion of another
celebration of the Human Rights Day last Saturday, December
10, the ParticipatoryDemocracy.net
think tank
drafted a proclamation on the foundations for the rule of
law where governance is guided by the unconditional respect
for human rights and the implementation of measures to
defend them. The text we are now disclosing gained, after
extensive debate, its consensual adoption by all members of
our Participatory Democracy Cultural Initiative. This
is the latest addition to the Basic
Documents of our institution.
